You are completely right that less body fat does not necessarily equate good health! Although balance is the key here, as my writing was meant to be less about Japanese food itself being healthy, but more on Japanese nutrition philosophy surrounding moderation — including white rice! But thank you for clarifying my writing and pointing this out 😊 I know that many people can misinterpret this!
