This is fantastic!!! It's a small shift in our habits, but a bit of mindfulness toward healthy eating goes such a long way. It's not even about giving up our favorite foods, but we end up wanting foods that are better for us, and like you said-- something of real value to our body-- rather than foods that contribute little to nothing.
