Thank you for the thoughtful message Martin! I also currently have a letter to myself from 2016 that is set to be opened in 2020, as well as another in 2030. I forgot what I wrote, but the activity definitely helps me put my anxieties into perspective. It’s monumental what a bit of mindfulness work can do for your health — there really is nothing more important in the world than a bit of care for yourself and love for others.
