Interesting thought! Warm drinks are definitely easier on our bodies and digestive systems compared to cold water, and can have the added benefit of relieving congestion when we’re sick, or keep. In this sense, hot/warm drinks can be more beneficial than drinking something ice cold 😊
But in the realm of weight loss, I think it is much more important to focus on decisions around eating in moderation, plenty of vegetables, getting regular exercise, and enjoying how you eat than micro details like hot/cold drinks (unless you have have an extra-sensitive digestive system)— so choose what you like better, and just focus on staying hydrated! 🌞
