I wrote low stomach acidity/low stomach acid = meaning pH that’s too high or an alkaline environment. So yes, we do need an acidic environment for proper digestion and to derive necessary vitamins and nutrients. Not a contradiction, but I can see how that’s confusing! Thank you for the clarification, I’m sure other readers may’ve been confused as well!
