I think goodbyes are just as important! It’s the last impression you make on a person, and to take the time to say thank you or make genuine plans to connect again can make someone feel very valued and welcomed.

If it’s really a big group, there’s no need to fake networking, but to share a wave, bow, or smile right up until the end lets another person know that you respect and appreciate their time 😊
