First of all, huge congratulations to making it so far! A change in 3kg is quite normal over the course of a weight loss journey, and so I wouldn’t be too concerned — the revived attempt and forward-facing mindset is much more telling of longterm success than the numbers 😊
Kuchisabishii is basically about boredom eating but I will consider writing a more fully descriptive article about it!
