Exactly! By eating more whole, nutritious foods, I was craving less sugar and processed snacks. Typically I suggest individuals focus on adding more fiber-dense vegetables, rather than steak or fat-heavy avocado, but the takeaway from my piece was that we shouldn't be thinking about eating healthily as "what do I need to cut out" but "what whole foods could I add in" to get in better touch with our bodies and what it needs.
