All these recycled diets can feel so frustrating for individuals trying their best, and I hate the damage they can do on our mental wellbeing. While we all have our different bioindividualities and values toward food, I can't help but feel there is something wrong about categorizing foods as "bad" and seeing someone struggle with the guilt of enjoying foods they perceive as forbidden.
